William Burton
(He/Him/His)
MSW, RSW
Hello, my name is William (Reid) Burton. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and am a Registered Social Worker with the OCSWSSW (Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers). I am also a member of the OASW (Ontario Association of Social Workers) and the CASW (Canadian Association of Social Workers). Prior to becoming a Registered Social Worker, I worked in the social service field as a Developmental Service Worker and as a Youth Worker in the correctional system. I have been working professionally in clinical social work since 2021 as an Outpatient Social Worker in the health care field.
Who do I work with & What can I help with?
I work with teens and adults wishing to access therapy for a wide variety of reasons including anxiety and depression, grief, situational crises, and relationship challenges. I specialize in working with men dealing with mental health concerns requiring non-stigmatizing supports and a comfortable space to work through difficult emotions.
My Therapeutic Approach
I strive to provide my clients with an open, warm, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic environment and seek to tailor individualized care to meet each person’s needs. I have a calm disposition and connect with my clients through appropriate humor and a compassionate stance. I will provide both guidance and support in your therapeutic journey, “having your back”, while you disclose your personal story and as we work through the things that have brought you to therapy.
My Training
I have had formal education in CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy), and Mindfulness. My practice is eclectic in nature and mixes talk therapy with the targeted use of these modalities to help meet your therapy goals.
What Else you Should Know
When you are ready to begin, I look forward to using my professional skills to accompany and support you on your therapy journey.

Tara Byle
(She/Her/Hers)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hi my name is Tara, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I’m a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO), and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I have over 20 years of experience working with children and youth as a teacher from my first career and I also own and manage a small business in Bruce County. I am now living my dream of working as a psychotherapist and counsellor!
Who do I work with & What can I help with? I have a passion to work with all people, of all ages! I understand how hard life can be and am empathetic to the struggles we are all dealing with. My current clients include a great mix of teens and adults. I strive to support each client with unconditional regard, acknowledging they know themselves best. I collaborate with each client to come up with goals and coping mechanisms that they feel comfortable and confident in implementing throughout all areas of their lives: work, school, and socially. This may include areas such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, work stress, school behaviours, life transitions and parenting support for those with teens. I am also slowly beginning my work with couples to help them through relationship concerns.
My Therapeutic Approach I enjoy building a strong therapeutic alliance with all clients. My goal for each person is not only to feel comfortable, but to look forward to and enjoy their sessions. Clients will feel secure, supported, and advocated for. When it comes to working with teenagers, they appreciate my approach and I find it easy to build a solid rapport with them quickly and easily!
My therapeutic approach centers on person-centred therapy. Each client is different! Within this framework I work with varying theories and modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Theory (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT). My therapeutic modalities include Motivational Interviewing, and Strength and Solution-Based Therapy. I look forward to expanding my skills in these areas and many more!
Training I have previously received my B.A in Education and now my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology! I have also completed Level 1 & 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
What else should you know? I work Wednesday and Thursday afternoon and evenings, as well as Fridays during the day. I hope to help you on your life journey!

Adrianna Stalteri
Hello! My name is Adrianna Stalteri, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph-Humber, and I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University. I am finishing my last few hours of my clinical practicum at Counselling Bruce County, and am offering free therapy to help me graduate on time!
Who do I work with & what can I help with?
I work with teens and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image concerns, and relationship difficulties.
I also have a passion for working with individuals/athletes who are discovering that their sense of self has become inseparable from how they perform, and that is a hard thing to untangle, whether that is in sport, work, academics, or relationships. I have been there, and I know how challenging it can be. Do you feel like your worth is tied to how well you perform or how much you achieve? You might find yourself constantly overthinking, questioning your worth, or feeling like you’re never “enough.” These experiences can shape how you see yourself and show up in relationships, leaving you feeling stuck, disconnected, or emotionally overwhelm. If this resonates with you, I would like to hear more about it.
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic psychotherapy to help clients explore their experiences, build insight, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and relating.
Training
Outside of education, I am a trained athlete, which is why I have such a passion for supporting those who are also passionate about any form of athetics or performance activities.
What else should you know?
In our work together, my goal is to meet you where you are and support you at your own pace. I strive to create a space where you can feel understood, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
